We rescue dogs and sometimes cats too. We provide total care for our dogs until we can find them permanent homes. We also occasionally offer to sterilise feral cats.
ASAP is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in Spain. This Statement of Privacy applies to the ASAP website and ASAP Facebook page and governs data collection and usage from the website and from other sources such as membership forms, homecheck information, adoption agreements or expressions of interest via social media.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
ASAP collects personally identifiable information about you that you give to us - this may be your name, address, phone number and email address.
ASAP also collects anonymous and demographic information through its website, which is not unique to you, such as the links you click, the pages you visit and how long you stay viewing our website.
We also collect information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by ASAP. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. We use this information to provide a better browsing experience for you.
HOW WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION
The information is collected from the forms you complete in writing, from information you give us on the telephone or in person, and from our website and Facebook page.

a) When you contact us to enquire about animals for adoption
b) When you bring an abandoned animal to us or contact us with information about abandoned or hurt animals
c) When you adopt or foster an animal
d) When you join as an ASAP Member
e) When you volunteer to help ASAP
f) When you join the ASAP Committee or attend Committee meetings
g) Information may be collected when you visit our website or when you contact us through our Facebook page
WHY WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION
We collect this information:
a) To be able to contact you with information about the animals we have for adoption
b) To inform you when an animal you have adopted or fostered is due for sterilisation
c) To send you information about our fundraising and other events
d) To inform members of the date of Annual General Meetings
In relation to the information collected from our website, we collect this information to give us a better idea of the systems our clients are using so we can provide a better browsing experience. Knowing the devices our clients are using to access the ASAP website enables us to provide a better experience.
HOW WE USE IT
This information is used by ASAP for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ASAP website.
ASAP collects and uses your personal information to operate the ASAP website and deliver the services you have requested.
ASAP keeps track of the pages our customers visit within the ASAP website in order to determine what ASAP services and pages are the most popular.
